. How to place an item in your shopping bag?
Visit the product information page and select the desired size, color and quantity. You also have the option to send the product to yourself, or a recipient. . Once you have completed your selection, click the “ADD TO CART” button. You will then be taken to the shopping cart page where you’ll see the item in your shopping bag

. How do I view the contents of my shopping cart?
You are able to review your order by simply clicking “SHOPPING CART” from the navigation bar at the top of the page.

. How long will my items be reserved in my shopping bag?
We can reserve the items in your shopping bag until you check out. Your items will remain in your shopping bag but will not be guaranteed to remain in stock.
We recommend you submit your order as soon as possible. You can do this by selecting “SUBMIT” at the bottom of the page.

. How do I add additional products from the shopping bag page?
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and check the "CONTINUE" button. You can now continue shopping at clothesouttrading.com

. How do I delete items from my shopping bag?
Check the "delete" box that is located in the shopping bag page and continue by clicking the "UPDATE" button below

. How do I change quantities of an item?
Change the number in the quantity box and click the "UPDATE" button. Your quantities will now be updated

. How do I confirm the availability of items in my shopping bag?
The status field located in your shopping bag will state if the item is in stock. If an item is not available, the following sentence should appear in red, "One or more items in your Shopping Bag has gone out of stock. Please remove these items from your Shopping Bag"

. 2. Registration / Sign-in

. Here you will be prompted to create an Clothes Out Trading account or access your existing account.
|

. New Customers - If you are a new customer, you can quickly establish an account by entering your email address, then clicking on "I am a new customer and want to register." Then type in your shipping and payment information. For additional information please, click Register/Sign in.

. Return Customers - Returning customers will be asked to enter their email address. Then click, "I am a returning customer, my password is:" button and enter their password.

. You have the opportunity to view your order and to make any last minute changes if necessary. Simply click, "SUBMIT ORDER" and your order will placed.

. How will I know if my order was received?
The following message should appear, "Your order has successfully been placed." An order confirmation email will be generated shortly after you submit your order.

. How To Modify My E-Mail Address?

. Select "My Account" from the navigation bar at the top of the page. Select "Account Information". Select "Email Address and Password". Enter your new email address. Select "Save".

. How to Modify My Personal Profile?

. To modify your personal profile, select "My Account" from the navigation bar at the top of the page. Select "Personal Profile." Enter or modify your profile information. Indicate whether or not you wish to be notified of Clothes Out Trading newsletter email. Select "Save."

. Reviewing Your Order History

. Select "My Account" from the navigation bar at the top of the page. Select "Order History" from the main "My Account" page. The Order History screen will appear, displaying all orders you have placed with Clothes Out Trading and will include order numbers, dates and the first item included in your order.
